- Classic Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, pour batter to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form, flip and cook until golden.

- Avocado Toast
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice
- Optional: chili flakes, olive oil
Instructions:
- Toast the bread slices.
- Mash the avocado with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
- Spread the mashed avocado on toast.
- Sprinkle chili flakes and drizzle olive oil if desired.

- Scrambled Eggs with Spinach
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour eggs into the pan, stir gently until scrambled and cooked.

- Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients:

Instructions:

Instructions:
